PRICES

All prices are expressed in euros, tax included.

In case of errors in the layout customer will be contacted before the status of the order.

AVAILABILITY OF CHANGES

In case of errors on the layout, as quantities and sizes of products, the customer will be contacted by phone or via e-mail to remedy the problem. If solutions (with an article exchange of equal value, a different color or different size) were not acceptable to the customer Petrolioshop reimburse the customer with a figure equal to the amount in case of payment already made or stop order in case of markings.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer can exercise the power of the right of withdrawal under 06/09/2005 Legislative Decree No. 206 of Italy, returned the product purchased within ten working days of receipt with original packaging (NB: not allowed the postponement by other means ). The costs for the return of the goods are charged to the customer. Petrolioshop provide reimbursement within 15 days of receipt of goods in return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

SUBSTITUTIONS

In case the customer decides to replace the goods purchased, you can return the product to petrolioshop using the model changeover in the package no later than 10 days from the date of delivery. The product will be replaced with a more in stock if available, otherwise the customer will be contacted by telephone and the goods will be replaced with products of equal value. GUARANTEES
